Virginia Czarnocki
Virginia is an attorney and a founding member as well as the COO of WB.Group. Virginia leads our corporate services and management companies. Virginia qualified as a solicitor in Scotland in 1995 and became a partner before moving to the Cayman Islands where she worked as a funds and finance attorney at Walkers and Maples for over 8 years. Virginia took some time out of law to become a performance coach and fitness instructor. She was also a lead instructor at LondonReal where she helped thousands of people set up online businesses. Virginia is the athletics coach for Cayman’s national karate team.

Paul Muspratt
Paul is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of professional accounting and senior management experience with a focus on financial services and regulation. Paul jointly manages the firm's corporate services and advisory business in the Cayman Islands, providing assistance to a variety of clients with respect to internal audit, AML, economic substance, and FATCA/CRS. Paul holds a BA (Hons) from the University of Exeter, UK and is a Chartered Accountant (CA).

Jenna Mungall
Jenna is a Chartered Accountant and Accredited Director with over 10 years management and accounting experience, working for and providing services to the financial services sector. She has extensive experience and strong technical and regulatory expertise in the funds, captive and banking industries. This includes experience in the digital assets space since 2015. In recent years, Jenna has been managing a privately owned Cayman Islands bank. Prior to this, she worked predominately for big 4 accountancy firms, in their audit practice. During which, she had extensive dealing both with local regulators and the Securities and Exchange Commission. Jenna has an MSc in Bioinformatics from the University of Edinburgh. She has leveraged her informatics experience when spearheading automation projects and creating data driven solutions. She is passionate about adding value to her clients

Tony Walton
Tony is wb.group’s CCO. He has a background as a Trust and Corporate Manager with a thirty-year career in financial services. Tony has extensive expertise in wealth management, compliance, equities, securities, trusts, estates, hedge funds, banking, and investment management. He has previously provided oversight of Trust and Corporate services businesses in Cayman, and has experience of administering complex structures using private trust companies, personal trusts, STAR charitable and inheritance trusts. Tony's career has included working in Jersey, BVI, Barbados, and the Cayman Islands. He has a demonstrable background as an experienced Director and Compliance and Regulatory Consultant. Tony holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance.

Deirdre McFarlane
Deirdre is an FCCA accredited professional from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants . She has over fifteen years of experience as a financial and fiduciary professional across multinational corporations. Deirdre previously worked for a leading big four firm and she holds an MBA from the University of Liverpool.

Daron McLean
Daron is an experienced Corporate Administrator and a senior member (team leader) in wb.group. He has key skills in ViewPoint and Microsoft Office and leads our liquidations and Beneficial Ownership Reporting team. Daron has a B.Sc in Network Computing from Oxford Brookes University.

Kyle Martinez-Jimenez
Kyle is an experienced Corporate Administrator with key skills in Viewpoint. He is MOS certified (Microsoft Office Specialist – Word 2010). Kyle has an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from the University College of the Cayman Islands.

Paul Laidlaw
Paul is an experienced Corporate Administrator and a senior member (team leader) in wb.group having worked with wb.group almost since its inception. He has key skills in ViewPoint and extensive experience of the Regulatory and Statutory requirements for regulated and unregulated entities registered here in the Cayman Islands. Paul is pursuing ongoing studies at the University College of the Cayman Islands for a Business Administration degree.

Abdull Patterson
Abdull is an experienced Corporate Administrator and a senior member (team leader) in wb.group. He has key skills in ViewPoint and an extensive knowledge of corporate policies and procedures. Abdull leads our team dealing with foundation companies. Abdull holds an Associate degree in Accounting and Engineering from the University College of the Cayman Islands.
